Full Cat B. office refurbishment fit out to existing office building. M&E Systems included full exposed new four pipe fan coil units, LED lighting, UPS and specialist IT systems. Four pipe heating/cooling fan coil unit systems were designed to suit exposed systems in all areas. The configuration of the services maximises flexibility, to allow changes in occupancy, movement of equipment and varying hours of use over the future life of the building. The development met Breeam very good standards.
