BSP were commissioned on the strength of their experiences elsewhere designing labyrinth natural ventilation utilising night cooling and earth chambers to cool this concert hall and assembly building in summer.
The project concept had a previous life as an air conditioned/comfort cooled building. However through building physics challenges and dynamic simulation modelling we were able to eliminate the use of refrigerants altogether.
