Pets at Home commissioned a feasibility study to investigate the renovation of their head office in Cheshire to accommodate an additional 100 people. The expanding occupancy required a new 500m2 mezzanine floor level to be constructed above the existing ground floor. BSP were appointed to investigate the feasibility of the works relating to the electrical infrastructure. Investigations, surveys, load assessment calculations, recommendations and energy saving options were provided in a concise report.
